Bad update

I was really enjoying the game and then they had an update. Erased ALL my history. My xp, my coins, my items, everything. I had to start all over again. It also no longer recognizes my account. The game was better before the update. Also, the skill level is good in theory but I can never play multiplayer any more since there arent many people at a high skill level. So that is one feature i can hardly use. Now your latest update makes it keep crashing. I may delete the app so I can have more room on my iPad.
